Emma
Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson born to British lawyers Jacqueline Luesby & Chris Watson in Paris, France. When she was a kid, she went to at the Dragon School in Oxfordshire. Emma's ambition was to become an actor. When she was 6she was enrolled into the Oxford Stagecoach Theatre Arts branch and took lessons on singing, acting, as well as dancing. When she was 10 years old, Emma took part in numerous Stagecoach productions and plays. Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone (2000) the 2001 adaptation of J.K. Rowling's bestselling British novel was published in 1999. Agents for casting found Emma through her Oxford theatre teacher. David Heyman announced to Emma that following eight auditions they and Rupert Grint were chosen as Hermione and Harry Potter. Emma's first cinematic appearance was in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in the year 2001. It was also the most successful film of 2001. The opening weekend and day ticket sales were record-breaking. It was highly acclaimed by critics, as were the performance of three young actors. The widely distributed British paper The Daily Telegraph called her performance admirable. Emma was later awarded five prizes in recognition of her work in the movie.
